Raising capital?
In February 2014, our clients invested in the Lendinvest Income Fund for a fixed three year period. Lendinvest provides real estate bridging and development loans secured on UK assets, predominantly in London and the South East.
The investment was redeemed in 2017 having delivered a fixed annual return of 9.5%.
