Epiris is an independent, London-based PE firm owned by its partners. This is a top decile performing private equity buyout fund with extensive experience of investing in high-quality PE transactions and applying transformational growth. This hard-to-access fund is typically only available to institutional investors however, Connection Capital has secured an allocation of £5m.
The Fund will take control stakes in high quality, upper-mid market (EV £75m-£500m) businesses experiencing complexities arising from broken processes, carve-outs or bank disposals, and will invest £40m-£150m per transaction.
