Carter Accomodation funds £20 million management buyout

Carter Accomodation, which supplies portable buildings and once created a mobile dressing room for Sir Elton John, has raised £20m from a consortium of investors to fund a management buy-out of the business. Connection Capital, the specialist private client investment business, led the round with a £5.3m stake. Carter Accomodation has also refinanced the debt on its fleet with PNC Business Credit, and accessed a significant new growth capital facility.
